Open Position: Post Construction Cleaner
Summary of Position
We are a cleaning company that focuses on cleaning new builds of all sorts for many different companies. From cleaning windows to scrubbing tubs and washing floors, this job is not for the faint of heart. We are a high paced, high quality professional company that holds a high standard. Serving Vancouver Island, British Columbia, and Alberta.
Duties & Responsibilities
Pulling stickers from windows and appliances. scraping mud and paint off surfaces, vacuuming, scrubbing tubs, washing floors by machine and by hand. Cleaning out cabinets, washing windows and patios. Being up on ladders to reach high places and dusting.
Post Construction Requirements
Available Monday to Friday (with the exception of tight deadlines, you may need to work late days and the occasional Saturday in order to meet the deadline
Knowledge of chemicals and supplies
Ability to understand verbal and written instructions
Ability to stand, crouch, sit and kneel for long periods of time
Ability to lift up to 50lbs
Ability to push/pull and work above your head
Ability to climb multiple flights of stairs
Ability to work with a team or independently
Ability to maintain a positive attitude
Ability to perform emotional labour and overcome stressful situations
Has a keen attention to detail
Has a polite disposition
Has a current driver's license
Has a reliable and insured vehicle
Has a working cell phone
Able to travel and be away from your home for a period of time
